Sept. 25 Dinner @ Gene's Drive-Inn/Mini Golf/Go-Carts: On September 25, 2005, the club met at Gene's Drive-In around 4:00 P.M.. Some of us had an early dinner and others just visited. When those that had eaten were done, we all caravanned up to the Oasis Fun Center. We split into 3 groups for a little miniature golf and had a blast with some of us doing pretty well and other of us with our balls in the water quite a bit. But the pro among us was 4 year old, Andreas, who started the game off with a hole in one and had the best score over all. After our round of mini-golf, we headed for the Go-Karts. There were some serious racers among us with David, Rick, Troy and Terry really battling it out. Barbara got stuck among the boys who had fun bumping her around but she did well, held her own, and even bumped a few of them back. We had so much fun 'racing' that a few of us had to do it again. All in all, it was a lot of fun with a lot of laughs. Great idea Barbara! ~by Melissa (sorry no pictures)

2005 Labor Day Bug-O-Rama:

Our trips always start out with a rendevouz at the Kmart/Ross Parking Lot in Redding, and then we caravan out of town together in case anyone breaks down along the way...

2005 Micro-Brewery Festival (Mt. Shasta, CA):

Our trip to the Micro-brewery on Aug. 27th: Met at K-Mart, drove to ski park at Mt. Shasta. Some drank beer and others had to sit outside and watch. Dave and Melissa were late because he had a test to take. All club members rode the ski lift. Got off at the top and took pictures. Nice picture of Lowell wearing his RAVA shirt! Guys showing off their sexy legs...? haha!

2005 Gene's Show 'n Shine (pre-Kool April Nites Event):

The Gene's Show 'n Shine is always a big promoter for RAVA because all the out of town visitors for Kool April Nites drive the route in front of Gene's Drive Inn.
